South Florida Local Coordinator & Market Outreach Assistant
Help RemoteBuilder coordinate local property activity, build professional relationships, and learn the South Florida market. This is a paid, part-time freelance opportunity for a dependable person who can work independently and communicate clearly.
This is not a fully remote position.
You must live in South Florida and be able to attend in-person meetings and property visits across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties when needed.

Be RemoteBuilder’s reliable local presence
We are looking for a reliable, professional person based in South Florida to assist with local operations and outreach. The role requires occasional travel within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
You will help us gather clear property information, coordinate local appointments, connect with relevant professionals, and keep follow-up organized.
What you’ll do
Main responsibilities
- Visit properties when needed and provide photos, videos, and clear notes
- Coordinate appointments with contractors and other local service providers.
- Help identify and contact local vendors and professionals.
- Conduct outreach to Realtors, property managers, and other real estate professionals by phone, email, LinkedIn, or in person.
- Attend occasional local networking events or meetings.
- Keep organized records and follow up consistently.
- Communicate clearly with the RemoteBuilder team.

- Must live in South Florida.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and organized.
- Comfortable meeting people in person.
- Comfortable making calls and reaching out to Realtors, property managers, and other local professionals.
- Able to work independently and follow through on assignments.
- Real estate, property management, construction, or business development experience is helpful but not required.
Remote agencies or candidates who cannot conduct in-person activities in South Florida are not a fit for this role.

This role could develop into broader responsibility for the right person if there is a strong mutual fit and RemoteBuilder’s South Florida operations grow. No future employment, equity, expanded hours, or additional responsibility is guaranteed.
