User Agreement
Effective date: September 6, 2026
This User Agreement is between you and Homednb Inc., doing business as RemoteBuilder (“RemoteBuilder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains the basic terms that apply when you ask RemoteBuilder to coordinate a property need or use our coordination services.
1. RemoteBuilder’s role
RemoteBuilder coordinates property checks, inspections, repairs, home improvements, and renovations in South Florida for owners who cannot be onsite consistently.
Depending on the agreed service, we may coordinate property access, identify and screen suitable local professionals, arrange site visits, organise proposals and communication, provide progress updates and documentation, and bring important questions or decisions to your attention.
RemoteBuilder does not perform construction, repairs, technical inspections, engineering, architecture, or other licensed professional work.
2. Independent providers
Contractors, inspectors, technicians, architects, engineers, designers, and other professionals are independent providers. They are not RemoteBuilder employees and remain responsible for their own work, advice, licensing, insurance, safety, pricing, schedules, and performance.
RemoteBuilder may review information that is reasonably available when identifying a suitable provider, but this does not guarantee the provider’s future performance or the result of the work.
3. Owner approval and direct agreement
You select and approve the provider. You also approve the proposed work, price, major changes, whether the work should proceed, and every payment.
The selected provider works under a direct agreement with you. That agreement should explain the work, price, schedule, payment terms, responsibilities, and any warranties. The provider remains responsible for the work or service supplied under that agreement.
4. Direct provider payments
You pay the selected provider directly under your agreement with them. RemoteBuilder does not hold, release, process, or control contractor or professional funds. RemoteBuilder does not approve or make provider payments on your behalf.
Any fee payable to RemoteBuilder is separate from the provider’s charges and will be explained before paid coordination work begins.
5. Property checks and progress documentation
A RemoteBuilder Property Check records visible conditions at the property at the time of the visit. It is not a technical or licensed inspection, safety or code certification, appraisal, or guarantee that every problem will be found.
Photographs, videos, notes, reports, and progress updates show visible or reported conditions at a particular time. They help you understand what is happening and make decisions, but they do not certify workmanship, confirm code compliance, guarantee that work is complete, or replace advice from a qualified professional.
If a technical or licensed inspection is needed, RemoteBuilder may coordinate an appropriate independent professional. That professional remains responsible for the inspection and findings.
6. Property information and access
You confirm that you own the property or have authority to request the service and allow access. You are responsible for providing accurate property information, access instructions, and details of known hazards, occupants, tenants, pets, building rules, or other conditions that may affect access or safety.
RemoteBuilder may share necessary property and access information with a provider whose visit or involvement you have approved.
7. Agreed service and fee
Submitting a project or scheduling an initial consultation does not create a paid service agreement and does not require RemoteBuilder to accept the request.
Before paid coordination work begins, RemoteBuilder will separately explain the specific service, timing, responsibilities, and fee, if applicable. Paid work begins only after you agree to those details.
