The website explains RemoteBuilder’s property-coordination services and allows property owners or their authorised representatives to submit a South Florida property need or request an initial consultation.
RemoteBuilder coordinates property checks, inspections, repairs, home improvements, and renovations for owners who cannot be onsite consistently.
2. Project submissions and consultations
Submitting a project or scheduling an initial consultation does not create a paid service agreement, guarantee that RemoteBuilder will accept the request, or reserve a provider, date, or price.
If RemoteBuilder can assist, the specific coordination service and fee, if applicable, will be provided separately before paid coordination work begins.
3. Independent providers and owner decisions
Contractors and other professionals are independent providers and remain responsible for their work. The owner selects and approves the provider, proposed work, major changes, and payments.
The owner contracts with and pays the provider directly. RemoteBuilder does not hold, release, process, or control contractor or professional funds.
4. Property checks and website information
Property Checks and progress documentation are limited to visible or reported conditions. They are not technical inspections, safety or code certifications, or guarantees of workmanship or completion.
Information on the website is general and should not replace advice or an assessment from an appropriately qualified professional.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
● Submit false, misleading, harmful, or unauthorised information
● Impersonate another person or falsely claim an association with RemoteBuilder
