It’s quite simple, really. All you have to do is have an idea of what you want done, and then schedule a call with us. You can be sure that we will respond as soon as possible.
It all depends on the project, of course, but typically it takes no longer than one month to get everything ready to start the renovation. Sometimes A timeline can shift during the renovation depending to the complexity or changes on the original scope of the project, but we work with you and within your timeline to make sure we deliver the best possible solution to your needs.
Physically paperwork, no. Digital signatures, yes. Another benefit of building with homednb is that everything is handled digitally, because no one likes sifting through stacks of paperwork. All blueprints, agreements, images, messages, signatures, payments, etc. will be available to you anytime you need them.
Of course. It’s your home, you can do what you like with it (within reason, obviously!). If you have a change of heart or a desired change, please let us know. Just so you’re aware, if there are changes requested during the build process, this may impact the pricing of your project as well as the timeline for completion.
