If anything comes up that is out-of-bounds or needs to be reconsidered, than we will make sure you are aware and we can have that conversation with you before moving forward.

The Project Management process begins with a free virtual consultation with one of our experts to understand your needs. Once we have all of the right information, we pair you with the most suitable contractor(s) that can do the job you need. And once all of the minor details are ironed out, we provide a full-cost estimated proposal for your approval and signature. Once that’s complete, the work can begin!

Our Project Manager will be with you every step of the way, and will be overseeing the build process by being in constant communication with the contractors and will provide you with regular updates throughout the process.

And, if anything comes up during the renovation or build process, we will be sure to make you aware so that we can tackle any challenges together, rather than surprise you with unwanted adjustments.
